Activate Learning are now recruiting for a Property & Environment Team Leader at our Guildford College campus.
As part of the Property and Environment team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance and operational work onsite, this will include ensuring the delivery of a fully serviced and supported building, offering a safe, stimulating and complaint environment to all staff, students and visits.
In addition, and as a Team Leader, you will be responsible for line managing the Property and Environment Officers at Guildford College and will work closely with the Property and Environment Manager. Travel between campuses may also be required at times.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
You will have experience of operating a site properly in line with agreed health and safety and estates management policy. Effective delivery of frontline facilities management administration and support is essential, along with supervisory skills and the ability to delegate effectively.
You will be confident to step in to take the lead and support the team.
