Managing Editor - E.ON Next

Job Description

 

We're looking for a an experienced editor across print and digital to join our new and innovative E.ON Next team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and grow the content and communications for our brand new brand and help establish us as a key player in the energy market. 

You'll be instrumental in ensuring that our communication with customers is top notch, and written in an engaging and playful way. But it doesn't stop there.

  • Developing and curating compelling content - covering  web and fulfilment for the end to end customer journey, from onboarding to in-life, online and offline, you'll have it covere
  • Managing communications across digital channels, taking responsibility for ensuring consistency is maintained throughou
  • Interfacing with the customer contact teams to identify areas where communications and content can be improved to reduce pain points, adopting a test and learn approac
  • Leveraging analytics data to drive key metrics and maximise business opportunitie
  • Working with the design and marketing teams to derive ways to keep our communications and content fresh and engaging, building a communications roadmap to deliver enhancements
