We currently have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join ExperienceLab on a 6 month FTC (we will also consider contract).
Taking a customer centric, digital-first approach, you will plan, develop and deliver integrated campaigns - and support marketing related projects - to help achieve business growth objectives. By aligning activity with the existing business strategy for ExperienceLab, you will support revenue generation and business growth by strengthening and positioning the brand as a thought leader; raising awareness of our services and generating leads; and undertaking customer acquisition and retention activities.
As the Marketing Manager you will manage the delivery of key marketing projects, including a brand and website update, and the production of high-quality, creative content liaising with internal teams and external suppliers as required. You will also evaluate and continually improve the marketing performance through analysis of key metrics.
What you'll need to do the role
First and foremost, you will have previous experience of a Marketing Manager role within an agency or consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will hold a professional standard Marketing qualification or be degree qualified.
In your previous roles, you should have a successful track record of developing and managing campaigns and marketing projects. It would be advantageous if you have worked on the re-branding of an organisation and played a key role in website development and optimisation.
The Marketing Manager should be well versed in digital marketing channels and current techniques; comfortable using related platforms and tools, including CMS and Google Analytics; email/email automation; Google AdWords; social media management.
