MEMBERSHIP RECRUITMENT MANAGER AT RAF ASSOCIATION LEICESTER LE3 1UT

Salary: £34440 - £36250 per annum 37.5 hours per week worked Monday – Friday

 The RAF Association is a membership led organisation and we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative individual who thrives on the challenges of membership growth strategies. Can you identify potential membership growth opportunities and lead a small team to achieve targets?

Requirements of MRM

  • Degree or equivalent with senior experience in (Marketing, Public Relations, Communications etc)
  • Proven experience of producing and delivering membership recruitment plans and initiatives
  • Deliver face to face recruitment campaigns to a wide range of potential members

 Responsibilities of MRM

  • Plan, communicate and execute recruitment campaigns plus achieve personal KPIs
  • Perform trend analysis to forecast recruitment predictions and shifts in membership marketplace
  • Deliver membership recruitment workshops to support volunteers and staff in member recruitment
