Kier Places are recruiting today for a Plumber, where your role will be key to supporting the delivery of a Facilities Management Hard & Technical Services solution for our prestigious client, the Home Office.

Key Responsibilities

As a focused and reactive Plumber, you will be attending and completing reactive works within the contract KPIs. This will involve completing quoted works of Plumbing nature - including but not limited to - taps and shower valves, bathroom fixtures, shower trays, pumps and light mechanical works.

The main duties of this position will be reactive focused and to charge time out each day accordingly, but you will be asked to help with Planned Preventative Maintenance if needed.

What do we need from you?

The successful candidate should be a Qualified Plumber, L8 Legionella awareness qualified, Water Regulations competent, and be able to demonstrate general engineer competence.

Ideally, you should also have relevant heating, mechanical or electricial qualifications, and PASMA/ IPAF certification.
