We're recruiting our positions with a starting salary of £21,650 along with an additional £500 flexible benefit. You would also be eligible for an annual performance-related bonus of circa. £2,500, which is discretionary, non-guaranteed and dependent on company and individual performance.

As a Mortgage Relationship Manager, you'll provide the key link between a customer making initial mortgage enquiries and mortgage completion. Using your natural warmth and personality you'll build relationships with your customers. Delivering an experience that's second to none.

Guiding customers who are ready to complete a mortgage application through to the next stages
Moving a customer through the process by understanding customer income and expenditure and validating income
Converting approved customers at 'Decision in Principle' stage to an appointment for advice with a Mortgage Advisor
Taking calls from customers who are looking for progress updates on their mortgage application
Acting on feedback to ensure high quality of referrals and customer satisfaction
What you will bring.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
High quality verbal and written communication skills
Confident and skilled in identifying opportunities
What else you need to know.
This role is based within the Bradford site and would consist of a Hybrid way of working where you have the flexibility to be able to work from both the office and home 2 to 3 days per week.
You'll work five seven-hour rotational shifts, between 08:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, and 08:00 to 16:00 Saturday, (lieu days will be given when working Saturdays).
We have a clear and defined career progression plan that helps support colleagues to understand and be given the opportunity to experience the other Mortgage roles that are available, such as our Mortgage Advisor role, and the potential to study for professional qualifications such as CeMAP. In addition, there are defined pay progression milestones that support with incremental increases in salary linked to performance and time in role.
