The Role:

As Multi Skilled Engineer, your role will be key to supporting the delivery of an FM Technical Services solution for our prestigious client London Fire Rescue Service.

As an integral member of the operations team, you'll undertake planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks to electrical equipment and building fabrication - your day to day activities will include call outs, minor project work, general fault finding, repairs, and some small light plumbing tasks from time to time, whilst maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, clients and customers.

The role is always client facing so great communications skills is essential as well as the capability to hold your own within a building that can at times see 1300 at one time. This candidate will ideally know about HVAC and general planned maintenance to air handling, fans, pumps, water heaters and such like equipment.

Who are we looking for?

This role requires electrical qualifications and competence, with City & Guilds 18th edition and test and inspection qualifications.

You will need to have outstanding communication skills and a can-do attitude, alongside engineering experience within the building services/ facilities management sector.
