Kier Housing Maintenance (HM) have long standing partnership agreements with housing associations, local authorities and private landlords to conduct responsive repairs and planned maintenance across various sites. We operate a contract to service over 4000 homes in partnership with North Kesteven District Council and are currently recruiting for a Plumber to carry reactive maintenance within void and occupied properties and commercial space.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will carry out plumbing works - non gas, and basic skills in joinery, plaster patching, wall tiling, vinyl floor tiling and brickwork, to a high level "right first time" basis. This role will require effective fault diagnosis and completing plumbing works on domestic housing.

What are we looking for?

You'll have a previous plumbing trade background with experience within the housing maintenance sector. You'll be able to diagnose faults, hold a CSCS card and be asbestos awareness trained.
