Occupational Therapist – Level 2

Job Description

Join us in West Norfolk

Are you an occupational therapist looking to work in a beautiful part of the country? Here in West Norfolk we have a great team of dedicated OT’s, social workers and assistant practitioners who are focused on promoting and supporting people to keep them independent, resilient and well.

We’re looking to add to our team covering the West of Norfolk and in return we offer flexible working, supportive career pathways, up to 38 days annual leave, including bank holidays, a relocation package up to £8k plus a range of other benefits.

West Norfolk is an area of contrast and beauty situated close to the borders of Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire and home to the towns of Kings Lynn – a traditional fishing town; Downham Market – an historic market town; and Hunstanton, a seaside town with heaps of charm and character. If you decide to join us and commute, we can cover your travelling expenses through our relocation package or if you decide to move, the housing is reasonable priced and there is lots of choice.

If you’re a qualified Occupational Therapist and interested in working in West Norfolk, we’d love to hear from you. Whilst currently predominantly working from home due to Covid 19 situation the post is ordinarily based in Kings Lynn.

An understanding of how housing adaptations and equipment can help to maximise functional independence and experience in assessing moving and handling of people in a community setting is an advantage. We offer the opportunity to work and develop in an experienced team with regular supervision and opportunities for targeted professional development.
