Lincoln City Centre

£19,000 pro rata to 25 hours

Monday - Friday 10:30 - 4:00 (flexible working options available.)

 

Here at Serco, we are looking for an Office & Facilities Assistant to join the team at Lincoln County Council.

 

This role will focus on managing the day to day running of the office facility at Thomas Parker House and provide support and assistance to the Communications Team for Local Government Partnerships.

You will be undertaking a range of admin, clerical and physical work, delivering commitments to agreed timescales and schedules, following department systems, processes and procedures, undertaking initial investigations into issues reported and implementing corrective/preventative measures.

 

 

What you'll need to do the role:

 

Previous office/facilities experience is desirable. You must be able to plan and organise your own work and meet deadlines.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential.
