Contract Coordinator

Enfield

Full Time, 12-month fixed term contract with possible extension, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 17.00pm

Salary up to £30,000 per annum

About the Role:

Due to a new contract win we are seeking a Contract Coordinator to join our team. As a Contract Coordinator you will be working for a Central Government accommodation contract. You will report into the Contract Delivery Director.

As a Contract Coordinator within our Enfield branch your main duties will have a dual purpose, firstly to be responsible for the security, maintenance and services of site facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organisation and its employees and secondly to provide high quality administrative and project support to the senior leadership team.

  • To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the onsite environment including kitchen areas by managing/monitor the issue & return of access cards, fobs and company photo ID badges, producing and issuing new starter/visitor packs with facilities and security information, overseeing parking arrangements making improvements where possible, coordinating with organisation-wide procurement arrangements to source uniform, PPE, office and kitchen supplies, equipment and other purchases for the Enfield branch and troubleshooting, checking & maintaining office equipment replacing when necessary
  • To order and set up Skyguard personal alarms for all staff that require them before passing to Line Managers to issue and ensure compliance
  • To coordinate staff training in Fire Marshal Duties, 1st Aid (all levels), Safeguarding, In-House Inductions and any other training that may be required and to keep records to ensure renewals are completed without any gaps in cover
  • Dealing with day to day issues, ensuring economic use of onsite space, hot desk management, oversee facilities improvements/moves/waste & recycling including liaison with building management & other vendors/suppliers/cleaners
  • Ensuring up-to-date communication to staff by managing and updating the onsite noticeboards and all necessary signage, liaising with Mears Group PLC in connection with insurance policies ensuring up to date statutory certificates are displayed at all times and producing/issuing the MHM newsletter on a regular basis
