Join us as an On-Boarding Assistant

  • You’ll be providing high quality depositary and trustee oversight services for unit trust and Open Ended Investment Companies (OEICs) by undertaking varying tasks
  • Through managing the distribution of work and resources on a day-to-day basis, you’ll make sure that all client targets are met across the team
  • You’ll benefit from great stakeholder exposure as you work closely with your client base, key suppliers and relationship managers
  • We're offering this position for a period of 12 months

What you'll do

Your role as an On-Boarding Assistant will see you support the Transitions Manager co-ordinate the end to end on-boarding and off-boarding client experience across the business. Alongside this, you’ll provide technical support and coaching to colleagues and assist the Transitions Manager in identifying the training needs of the team through quality checks and process confirmation.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Working closely with Relationship Management and Client Service teams to ensure all aspects of on and off boarding have been raised and completed 
  • Taking ownership of queries from both internal and external stakeholders through to resolution, reporting trends and recurring issues to the team manager
  • Maintaining an involvement for projects and embedding continuous improvement
  • Deputising for the Transitions Manager as and when needed

The skills you'll need

You’ll need knowledge of the Trustee and Depositary market in the UK & Luxembourg and a good understanding of compliance and regulatory regime in which fund services operates. Along with this, you’ll understand the regulated collective investment scheme environment.

You’ll also need:

  • A background in managing resource and organising workloads
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of project team, with both clients and suppliers
  • The ability to interpret information delivered through multiple mediums, and work well under pressure
