The Card Payments Service Analyst role will play a vital part in maintaining support services and third-party relationships in the Cards Payments Centre of Excellence, who are accountable for service management activity across the function.
The role will be responsible for maintaining the existing contracts and co-ordinating between Santander and the third party suppliers and schemes.
Following agreed processes, supporting daily management and regular monitoring of third-party service delivery. Assist in the monitoring of contractual compliance and third-party adherence to agreed standards. Arranging service review meetings, supporting implementation of controls, and mitigating actions to ensure the continuity and delivery of service is maintained and that any service risks are managed.
Maintain open and transparent relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the service and communication provided by suppliers and internal teams runs smoothly or any issues are escalated.

Developing effective working relationships with 3rd parties and be the face of the bank for these relationships' day to day.
Continuing to build knowledge of the organisation, processes and customers internally and maintain relevant up to date documentation.
Effectively manage key business relationships to obtain information to, plan and execute supplier management activity.
Liaising with business areas and external suppliers, to ensure Third Party Risk Management and Supplier Management standards and policies are maintained.
Contributing to the administration of documents and Service logs to ensure adherence to current internal policies.
Maintaining knowledge of card scheme requirements, certification and third party risk management, along with other relevant aspects that affect Service Management across Card Payments supplier services.
Ensuring monthly supplier invoicing and reconciliation requirements are executed
Supporting Service Managers with pricing and contractual reviews
What you'll bring.
Card Payments Experience of working within operations or service management role
The ability to interpret and translate complex information in a suitable and effective format for a variety of relevant audiences
It would also be nice for you to have.
A structured working approach and a methodical thinker, with the ability to effectively work with and influence stakeholders of all levels
Ability to take ownership and find solutions using a range of approaches
Strong communication skills
What else you need to know.
The role is Milton Keynes based, with some flexible remote working allowed. There will be an expectation to attend the Milton Keynes office 1-2 days per week, or as agreed with your Line Manager.
Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams where possible, lasting up to 60 minutes in duration.
