We have an exciting new opportunity for an organised Operations Administrator to join us within the Organisation Performance & Control team. More specifically, it sits with the team that manages the HR Systems and is responsible for supporting the business through the delivery of: First Class User support, Query resolution, Systems Administration and Setup, Fault Fixing, Analysis and to support the wider team

You'll be responsible for working with our contractor ID team to support creation, amendment, of the unique IDs for contractors. If you're looking for a varied role and want to develop your career, we would love to hear from you.

  • Providing guidance and advice to end users to assist users to maximise the HR system capability in achieving business objectives.
  • Responding to queries in a timely manner, taking ownership and seeing them through to resolution
  • Providing on-going maintenance and support to enable the HR systems and the business to optimise the effectiveness of its operation
  • Identifying, analysing, and resolving problems relating to systems and user education.
  • Working with colleagues to identify business requirements / improvements
  • Maintaining and adhering to control processes for data quality and security

What you'll bring.

  • Knowledge of HR polices and processes
  • Experienced in stakeholder management

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Experienced user of MS Office package
  • Able to challenge findings and see a variety of scenarios for complex problem solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good relationship building to drive service excellence.
  • Ability of working in a pressurised environment and delivering within tight timescales.

This is a full time 12-month contract offering flexible working from home and in the office.
