The job on offer

As part of Capgemini's Oracle Retail Consulting team, your primary role would be to technically assist the Oracle Retail Team and get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, and configure innovative solutions.

Your role

•        Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers
•        To plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
•        Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates that suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with the organization’s financial guidelines 
•        Gathering requirements and developing the high-level technical designs and should be able to review those technical designs and codes

Your profile

•        You must have a strong understanding of Oracle Retail architecture and technical background on Oracle Retail MOM suite, with recent experience as a Lead Developer, Tech Lead or similar
•        You must have strong experience in development/support in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix Shell script, Oracle Forms, and ADF (optional)
•        You must have experience in Oracle Retail of v13 to v19 and production support experience in a minimum of two of the following modules - RMS/ReSA/RPM/ReIM /SIM
•        You must have at least 1 Oracle RMS implementation project experience
•        You must have project or people leadership, and experience in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

You will be required to pass through BPSS Security Clearance if you are successful in this recruitment process, which is a condition of undertaking the role.
