Parcelforce Collection & Delivery Driver (Saturday & Sunday)

 

Job Ref: 332417  

Contract: Permanent  

Hours: 17 Hours hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Saturday, 08:15 - 17:15 & Sunday 08:15 - 16:15.

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide, 13 Trusham Road, Marsh Barton Industrial Estate, Exeter, EX2 8RL  

 

Why this role pays off: 

  • Starting salary: £12.71 per hour  

  • After 6 months: £13.49 per hour  

  • Saturday Weekend Premium +£4.26 applied to contracted hours 

** Bringing starting salary to £16.97 p/h, increasing to £17.75 p/h after 6 months 

  • Sunday Weekend Premium +£6.39 applied to contracted hours 

** Bringing starting salary to £19.10 p/h, increasing to £19.88 p/h after 6 months

What you'll be doing 

Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes 

Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks 

Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses 

Providing a friendly, dependable service - whether it's a birthday gift or important business mail 

 

What we're looking for 

A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points 

Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg 

Someone who's friendly, dependable, and customer focused 

Comfortable working independently but also a great team player 

Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
