Parent Carer Support Practitioner

24 hours per week, Permanent, £21,932.15 (FTE), pro rata £14,226.26

The post holder will work as a member of the support team offering practical and emotional support to Parent Carers, who are responsible for caring for their child/ren with physical and/or learning disabilities, or special educational needs.
