Job Description

We are looking for a bright, business development professional to join our Partnerships team who will
report to the Partnerships Manager.

Roles:
Attraction, recruitment and retention of partners which includes initial reach outs, creation of
proposals to suit the partners needs and finally closing the deal. Ultimately building long lasting business
relationships that delivers real value to partners needs.
Main Responsibilities:
● Help to source new partners and arranging initial calls and meetings
● Create and send out bespoke proposals
● Able to negotiate contracts and close deals
● Deliver a successful hand-over to the campaign delivery team to ensure the partners’ expectations
are met
● Build long term business partnerships
Experience / skills required:
Ideally from a sales or business development background, preferably with either field sales,
technology or B2B events/publishing experience
Confident, outgoing and enjoys engaging with senior executives and stakeholders via
telephone, email and face to face
Self-motivated – ability to work independently with good initiative, but must also be a team
player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to hit the ground running straight away
Keen eye for detail and able to write fluently, with impeccable grammar
Essential: Computer literate (GSuite, CRM system (such as Hubspot) knowledge preferred)
Interest in technology is preferred in order to understand the market in which Nimbus Ninety
works and to better understand members’ business and technology challenges
Passion for keeping up to date with latest business and market trends
University degree preferred

Salary of £22-24,000 dependent on experience
