A day in the life of a Payroll and Contractor Coordinator at Guidant Global includes

  • Supporting a 900+ monthly payroll, consisting of PAYE and Umbrella workers
  • Updating and maintenance of the Vendor Management System
  • Ensuring payroll data is accurately and timely processed
  • Answering queries from PAYE / Umbrella workers, and suppliers to include: payment and tax, expenses, statutory payments, pensions, holidays etc.
  • Supporting new starter compliance, including Right To Work documents, payroll set up, and onboarding/offboarding
  • Supporting financial activities such as invoicing, supplier self bills, PO updates and credit control
  • Supporting Business Support Manager and Client Services Director on ad hoc project

What we're looking for:

  • Previous Payroll / Finance or administration experience
  • Confidence in dealing with and owning worker queries
  • Contract Administration advantageous
  • MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of GDPR and RTW compliance would be an advantage
