To ensure our success we are recruiting for a PMO Co-ordinator to join our Business Transformation. At the moment we are all working from home, but when we return to normal working service, you will be required to work from one of our offices in either Lincoln, Hertford or Peterborough (whichever you are closest too).

As the PMO Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the PMO in the delivery of an accurate, effective coordination and reporting service for all projects and provide administrative support to the team. Key Duties include:

  • Managing the PMO mailbox;
  • Update and maintain the programme database/register, programme resource trackers, programme plan, risk and issue register, benefits plans, dependency log and roadmap;
  • Prepare Programme and Project dashboards, arrange meetings, prepare agendas and supporting documentation, taking action notes, decisions and sometimes minutes during meetings;
  • Chasing, feeding back, logging and filing of progress reports;
  • Managing all project documentation setting standards, auditing files and papers, document templates, carrying out a regular review and maintaining standards;
  • Coordinating project Change Requests and Resource Allocation;

What you'll need to do the role:

If you are an experienced Project Co-ordinator or similar then we would like to hear to you. We are keen to hear from those who have experience or knowledge of Project Management methodologies and techniques.  We do ask that you have excellent planning and organisation skills as well as knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook. Naturally you will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be comfortable liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders of all levels.
