We’re looking for a creative and resilient individual to join our team on an initial 12-month fixed term. Providing support for people in private rented sector (PRS) tenancies, you will work with individuals who have experienced homelessness and rough sleeping, to help them sustain the accommodation that they have found.

The role is varied and will include assisting individuals with claiming state benefits, registering for local health services, seeking and sustaining employment, as well as ensuring that tenants keep up with rent payments and maintain relationships with the others in their accommodation.

We’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships with both individuals and their landlords. Coming to the role, you’ll have effective motivational skills, a good working knowledge of the private rented sector and the ability to create tailored support plans for PRS tenants. We would particularly welcome applications from those with previous experience of providing tenancy sustainment support, and/or from those with lived experience of homelessness.
