Job Description

The role will centre on supporting the Third Party Risk Lead for Centrica Procurement in the embedding and ongoing management of the supplier due diligence process including key FCA related projects.

Responsibilities:

The role will support the Senior Third Party Manager in developing and delivering the supplier due diligence process and core tools required to ensure that, in line with Centrica Procurement Policy:

  • There is a single process for risk assessment of ALL new suppliers prior to onboarding and as part of ongoing supplier management.

  • That the supplier due diligence process is embedded in the delivery of core supplier risk tools (SAP ARIBA).

  • Manage adherence to supplier due diligence requirements and exception handling including coordination of stakeholder queries regarding third party supplier due diligence, escalation queries to risk SMEs involved in process, system and process queries.

  • Managing due diligence requests and queries to closure in a timely fashion.

  • Tracking and reporting on risks raised, issues outstanding.

  • Support in development of supplier due diligence reporting as required.

Skills/Experience:

  • Experience of working in a risk management, change and/or category specialist function

  • Comprehensive understanding of end to end Procurement technology solutions
