Come and join the IT Testing team, who performs a vital role in all technology’s projects. The test management team drives test management across a wide range of projects and portfolios. This is a dynamic team that ensures quality is built into Vodafone’s exciting new products & services and ensures we deliver a great customer experience. 

We are hiring for a Programme Test Manager who will be the Lead for a Delivery team of test managers/leads who will be responsible for the testing across Vodafone’s strategic IT programmes. Within this role you will gain experience working with a world class testing service, work across large programmes and get to interact with major stakeholders in all areas of Vodafone. 

What You'll Do:

Accountable for test management at an IT Programme (Large) level
Lead an offshore & onshore team of test lead & testers working for the programme
Monitor the day-to-day running and governance of the delivery of the testing
Creation, planning and delivery of the end-to-end Test strategy 
Act as a point of decision around test approach, strategy and escalation on behalf of programme & portfolio stakeholders.
Responsible for test spend at a portfolio level
Champion continual service improvement across UK IT.
Role model leadership behaviours across the function and be a visible member of UK IT’s leadership community.

Who you are

Experienced in testing methodologies, test management and associated practices.
Test Management experience across major IT programmes.
Experience with large teams and multiple vendors 
Experience in test automation frameworks and tools 
Strong communication skills across all levels of stakeholders 
Experience running test programmes involving Oracle IT stacks and products
Qualifications in ISTQB (Advanced), ITIL Certified (Foundation+) or TMMi are desirable
