Job Description

Project Manager - Clean Energy Division

SUMMARY

Responsible for managing and coordination of the operational services of the business to meet each of the project deliverables as set in the product/service realisation process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide interface and maintain excellent customer relations with client operations.
  • Raising quotations and documenting on the quotation register.
  • Generate work scopes from quotations/PO including material lists (bill of materials BOM) and execution strategies. Project Manager is responsible for populating resource quotations for BOM or providing comprehensive list to supply chain co-ordinator to populate.
  • Leading kick off, continuation and close out meetings.
  • Ensure projects are effectively resourced including, personnel, materials, and equipment requirements.
  • Procurement monitoring for project execution.
  • Ensure timely and accurate collation of project and field data including timesheet hours, rope hours, % progress (if applicable) on a daily basis (or as set out in the KOM) to satisfy business and client requirements and also for project close out and invoice.
  • Visit clients as required in the UK and overseas.
  • When required, raise Variation Order requests (VOR) and submit to client.
  • Have sufficient knowledge of the project master work pack and associated documents within that relating to procedural compliance and technical documentation.
  • Consciousness of Project budgets.
  • Ensure correct protocol is followed for project close out.
  • Day-to-day management of project site personnel.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient, high quality project delivery. 
  • Fully comply with Stowen QMS.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience: 3 years in an operational environment.
  • Medical: To be physically and mentally fit for carrying out all duties and fulfilling responsibilities.
  • Training: Knowledge of SAGE. MS Word, Excel, Access and Sharepoint.
