We provide safe, accessible and individualised educational opportunities in small nurturing environments that support and promote the progression of young people across the county at seven sites in Boston, Grantham, Lincoln, Louth, Ruskington, Skegness and Spalding.

InspireU offers programmes that support vulnerable, NEET (Not in Education Employment or Training) and SEND young people the opportunity to move closer to and progress into the world of work and greater independence.  

About the role

As a Provision Manager you will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of an operational provision for young people (16-19, 24 with an EHC plan).

Programmes are tailored around individual learner needs and work experience is sourced for the individual through successful skills match. The qualification offer has been developed using information from the local labour market. 

We work closely with employers and referrers to ensure that the curriculum offered meets the needs of the young people.

This role will be based at Spalding on Tuesday and Thursday and Boston on Wednesday and Friday with some flexibility on the work location on Mondays to include working from home on this day.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • A strong background in education, with relevant qualifications and experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire teamwork and build strong relationships.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt to evolving educational trends.
  • Passionate about inclusivity and committed to fostering an environment that values diversity.
