QUALIFIED NURSERY PRACTITIONER (LEVEL 3) 

£9.50 per hour 28.5 hours per week over 3 days

 RAFA Kidz supports your local Royal Air Force community by providing exceptional child care for the families of serving veterans.  Due to upcoming redeployments we are looking to offer exciting career opportunities for those with a real passion for delivering fun and inspiring activities for children aged 0-5.

 A typical day in the Level 3 role will involve activities and responsibilities which include being a designated key person with responsibilities for a number of children and will work closely with the Senco to help identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities. It is essential that you are experienced in keeping and updating records of daily activities and observations. Crucially,  you will supportive of your colleagues as they work towards their level 2 and 3 qualifications by leading by example and sharing best practice.

Following a successful interview and conditional job offer, you will receive friendly one to one support with an HR advisor who will personally guide you through the new starter on boarding process.  When in post you will be encouraged by your management team to take up all available opportunities for learning and personal development.
