Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting and varied role supporting the University?

As our Receptionist you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and friendly welcome and provide customer focused, solution driven and professional service to internal and external stakeholders. 

Passionate about providing excellent customer service, you will be required to ensure the smooth running of Reception and provide a quality front of house service that meets the needs and expectations of users. As the face of the University, you will be the first point of call for information on everything the University does, signposting to colleagues as appropriate. 

You will also provide a first-class administrative service to the campus and across the university in an organised, flexible, and professional manner. This varied and rewarding role would be an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a key role within a highly successful Professional Services team. 

Please note, you will be required to either AM or PM shifts to ensure service needs can be met day to day.
