What you'll do

As a Records Management Analyst, you’ll be part of the specialist Records & Information Management Team with Security & Information Governance.

You’ll also be:

  • Responding to customer queries through our Records Management Mailbox on SNOW , making sure feedback loops are in place to improve our service and response
  • Management of Technology Standard STN823 which is the key control document for Technology partners
  • Records Retention Schedule Change Request process administration and management of the audit log
  • Support to litigation cases working closely with Ediscovery and Legal
  • Support to the Regional Records Managers in EMEA, India and APAC
  • Proactively identifying and managing risk escalation to deliver key security related customer and compliance outcomes
  • Interrogating and interpreting large volumes of data and understanding the root cause of problems
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, and supporting controls and quality assurance in line with the bank’s standards

The skills you'll need

You’ll need excellent communication skills both written and verbally, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management level colleagues. You should also have good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

You’ll also need:

  • Strong security controls experience
  • Knowledge of records management principles and practices
  • The ability to write technical issues in business terms
  • Analytical skills with strong problem solving capabilities
  • Knowledge and experience of the legal and regulatory environment
  • A good understanding of Agile methodologies with experience of working in an Agile team
  • Good attention to detail particularly for managing legal and regulatory queries
  • Being a team player to work in a small team spread across the globe
