An exciting opportunity to join Jaguar Land Rover as a Recruitment Delivery Consultant has become available.

The Recruitment Delivery Consultant (RDC) is responsible for driving the Recruitment process for candidates and Hiring Managers with ManpowerGroup Solutions' clients. This may involve full cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, employment branding, benefits knowledge and cultural fit assessment, and onboarding). An RDC will contribute to the continuous improvement of the existing programme. An RDC is responsible to work within the employment policies of ManpowerGroup Solutions and their clients

An RDC has strong customer focus and as such they should support the client's goals and strategy, whilst considering the service and scope of the programme.

Required experience

  • 2 years + or more Recruiting experience required within an RPO business
  • Experience of Recruiting including utilization of customized sourcing
  • strategies to attract and recruit passive candidates including but not limited to internet mining, social media, web networking and competitive profiling.
  • Experienced in taking ownership and supporting the resolution of issues
  • Experienced in delivering against SLA's
  • Experienced in working as part of a team of Recruiters to include off site
  • teams

Primary Job functions;

  • Work with Team Leader and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment demand
  • Work with Team Leader to provide updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity
  • Support Client with overall recruitment strategies
  • Attend recruitment related meetings as needed
  • Support the resolution of issues and Escalations
  • Utilize off site Sourcing and Screening team and candidate attraction methods
  • Effectively work with off site team to develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants
  • Manage referral sources
  • Manage Talent pools on Success Factors to ensure the candidate journey is positive
  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions and ensure all candidates are processed through the recruitment process in line with company guidelines and customer first principles
  • Undertake effective briefing with Hiring Managers to ensure a robust matching of CV's
  • Work with off site team to ensure service continuity and knowledge
  • Deliver against SLA's.
  • Ensure the ATS system is utilized to produce positive audit results
  • Utilize reporting from ATS to support recruitment activities
  • Conduct offer manager activities in line with processes and guidelines
  • Take ownership and accountability for the full end to end recruitment process and be the primary contact for the requisition
  • Keep ATS up to date with all note and documents as laid out in the procedural guidelines
  • Work to ensure Audit results are to company standards
  • Mitigate risk of incorrect data flowing to various stakeholders
  • Utilizing multiple candidate attraction methodologies
  • Pro-active approach to sourcing candidates
  • Understanding of recruiting SLA's
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint And Google
  • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and clients
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve while maintaining flexibility

Required Professional Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working within various applicant-tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions and demand plans
  • Strong working knowledge of interviewing techniques to determine qualification level, policies/procedures and employment law / practices
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions / escalations from managers, and candidates
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with strong presentation skills
  • Works effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to drive own performance
