We’re looking for a marketing and communications advisor to drive forward our busy programme of media, events, campaigns, community engagement and stakeholder relations during a flagship regeneration project in Eston, Middlesbrough.
Our ambitious development and regeneration programme has presented this exciting opportunity to join our project team, where you’ll help shape community engagement and ensure our growth programme supports our customers and communities to succeed and thrive.
You’ll be coordinating customer and stakeholder communications, developing property marketing campaigns to showcase the new homes in the scheme, coordinating on-site branding and marketing the community engagement initiatives arranged by the community connector.
You will support the marketing and communications lead to build the scheme’s reputation by keeping your ear to the ground for any media and PR opportunities to showcase our regeneration and growth programme, while maintaining a strong handle on issue management to mitigate risks. Using your experience in marketing and communications, you’ll have the ability to reach a variety of different audiences, including customers, communities, partner agencies, colleagues and suppliers, with timely and relevant information.
This role will give the right candidate the opportunity to make a real impact quickly, develop their skills and experience and the confidence to bring their creativity and ideas to life alongside our ambitious and highly-motivated team.
We require 10 hours of your time per week, so whether you’re studying, working part time, or an internal candidate looking to broaden your experience through additional responsibilities or a secondment, there’s flexibility to make this role work for you. This role is fixed term for two years to support us through this milestone project.
