Job Description

Join us as we work to protect the environment, champion social justice and human rights and make the work world safer through supply chain management. We are looking to recruit a trainer and consultant to deliver high quality interactive and engaging Regulated Procurement Training courses both to in-house customers and Open courses.

The role will be home-based with an element of travel.

You will need to identify, design, and develop new course material within the remit of the Regulated Procurement rules, and create and develop awareness while building relationships with key stakeholders for regulated procurement training and consultancy within the UK & NI.

You will be pro-active in looking to create strategic partnering opportunities with major influential third parties to advise on any changes to legislation by bringing customers together to network and engage meaningfully.

We require a strong Procurement background, predominantly Public Sector, Private or Utility Sector, in-order that course material can be delivered from not only a legal perspective but also from a practical perspective. Equally important is the ability to deliver training, which is engaging, interactive and with flair to delegates catering for all levels of understanding. Specialist in-depth knowledge is required around Public Contract Regulations 2015 and / or Utilities Contract Regulations 2016, plus awareness and knowledge of the New Procurement Act 2023.
