We are looking for a Resourcer to join our Recruitment team in Leavesden to generate and maintain talent pools of suitable candidate to enable successful recruitment activity across an Operating Unit and/or Enabling Function.

What you’ll do:

  • Work to a job description, generating candidate shortlists and ensuring candidates are suitable for the role by questioning/ telephone interviewing them against the brief given.
  • Assist the recruitment team to generate initial shortlists of candidates utilising various methods of attraction to source candidates.
  • Create talent pools of candidates with a focus on diversity.
  • Help to manage the candidate relationship and experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Create unique recruitment attraction campaigns for social media, job boards, websites etc to increase attraction across different demographics.
  • Own the creation of routine and ad-hoc reports from the recruitment system.
  • Use the recruitment system at all stages of the recruitment process and understand trends from the data generated.
  • Share knowledge and insight of market trends generously.   
  • Proactively support ad hoc projects as agreed.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Computer literacy with strong experience of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and interest in using social media.
  • Creativity and ability to think of new ideas.
  • Understanding of the importance of the candidate experience 
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good planning & time management skills enabling the prioritisation of multiple activities.
  • Highly motivated to deliver and work under pressure
