As a Resourcing Administrator, you will be an Ambassador of DHL UK&I Supply Chain Resourcing Team, acting as the first point of contact to provide first line support, and system expertise to the team and stakeholders. We are looking for a value member with a good understanding of how resourcing and talent management processes impact organisational effectiveness. We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include:

• Conduct administration duties such as: regular monitoring of Resourcing central inbox, loading vacancy data, data management, support the senior management team, and any reasonable ad-hoc requests.
• Handling, screening and directing incoming calls to relevant specialists or departments.
• Assist with training for the new starters on Resourcing system platforms.
• Maintain stationary supplies and coordinate deliveries.

• Experience of admin within a recruitment and selection environment
• Ability to prioritise, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy essential to manage workloads and respond to deadlines in a busy and demanding environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across the business
• Tenacious with a can do attitude and the ability to work alone
