A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Advisor to join our Recruitment Team on a 6 month FTC. You will be reporting to, and supporting the Recruitment Manager to provide effective recruitment delivery across one of our key operating units. This is a great opportunity for someone from a recruitment agency or internal recruitment background, who is looking to develop their experience even further within a fast-paced  environment.

We are looking for someone who has had previous recruitment experience working on multiple roles, either gained in-house or within an agency environment. 

This is a fast paced role, working with high volumes - therefore we are looking for the ability to pro-actively plan and manage multiple tasks. We are seeking a candidate who has the ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and support the Recruitment Manager in filling numerous vacancies within a busy business unit. 

You will:

  • Support the Recruitment Manager working with Hiring Managers & HR colleagues to ensure effective recruitment delivery across the OU within legally compliant boundaries
  • Ensuring that the Resourcing process is followed during all stages of recruitment activity and working to deliver all agreed KPI’s
  • Use a range of direct sourcing tools to attract and recruit suitable candidates including job boards, and social media tools such as LinkedIn
  • Release vacancies as appropriate through ATS to relevant PSL agencies where directed by Recruitment Manager
  • Screen CV’s according to agreed criteria – approve/hold/reject candidates within recruitment system –and liaise with Recruitment Associate team to arrange interviews or assessment centres as appropriate
  • Qualify candidates are suitable for the role by questioning/telephone interviewing them against the brief given
  • Co-ordinate feedback to candidates and third parties, and manage process through to offer or rejection stage alongside Hiring Manager
  • Ensure ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is kept up to date at all stages of recruitment process
  • Support projects as required by Recruitment Manager or Head of Recruitment
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience for all

  • Ability to work with high volumes of roles and pro-actively plan and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience recruiting internally/externally 
  • Ability to work within a process driven environment and deliver to stretching time plans
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
