Birmingham City Football Club is a cornerstone of the community, steeped in history and tradition. The Levy culinary team is an essential part of the matchday experience, providing exceptional food and service to our fans, guests, and corporate clients. We are looking for a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team and help deliver top-quality cuisine that enhances the Levy experience at Birmingham City FC.

More about the role:
  • Responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the restaurants to ensure great quality, consistent food and beverage services across the business
  • Ensure that the service provided exceeds client and guest expectations
  • Engage with your customers to understand performance and satisfaction levels, dealing quickly and professionally with concerns or complaints
  • Responsible for the management, recruitment, development, and training of team members
  • Deliver on the agreed financial budget and run commercially in line with targets
  • Ensure all hospitality is delivered to an exceptional standard
About you:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for food and creativity
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
