Tasks and Responsibilities
Developing, implementing and managing across a range of reward programs to include the annual cycle of reward events, researching and project managing reward initiatives that will impact future Reward Strategy, developing and presenting proposals at all levels gaining stakeholder approval.  Reward partnering with the wider Global and Local HR teams in the UK and Ireland.  Will support business leaders to educate and advise on complex reward matters.   The role also supports other divisions of DHL e.g. Air and Aviation with reward planning and recognition/ benefits contract management. The role also manages a small team of 2/3 R&R advisors.
• Individual contributor with extensive impact with mid to long term operational focus and the ability to execute highly complex activities that provide business value.
• Acknowledged expert who is fully proficient in applying established standards and developing solutions according to more complex requirements
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to Board, management, HR and employees across all areas of R&R
• Liaise with HR colleagues to ensure developments in R&R are communicated efficiently and effectively to employees, and the impact/ consequences of changes are considered carefully before implementation takes place
• Liaises with corporate HR for issues and requests related to execution of Reward programmes including Executive compensation
• Extensive communication and influence with other departments and 3rd parties with conflicting objectives for reward strategy
• Management of multiple suppliers of reward and benefits e.g. benefit providers, compensation consultants
• Undertaking cost benefit analysis and salary forecast projections to support future reward long term strategy creating practical solutions and proposals.
• Keeping abreast of external market and consequence to DHL in all matters reward
