An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Governance team for an individual to join the Medicine Care Group for 12 months as a Band 7 Safety and Quality Improvement Manager. Working closely with the Clinical teams and safety and quality lead, the post holder will be responsible for leading risk management and clinical governance processes within the Care Group ensuring the efficient, compliant, safe and high-quality delivery of care.
You will be educated to degree level or with relevant experience and have strong communication, analysis and organisational skills. The role will require an ability to create strong working relationships with clinical and non-clinical colleagues at all levels within the Care Group and the wider organisation, as well as an ability to frequently present to a wide and varied audience.
Please note, the post holder will be based on our North Devon site , with some flexibility for cross-site cover, and remote working, which can be discussed at interview.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday
