Tasks and Responsibilities
A Sales Administration Support is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments. This position is part of the DHL Express International sales team. It is an inside sales/sales support administration position, consisting of customer support and account management responsibilities.

To be a successful Sales Administration Support you will be required to apply comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects. You will develop technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems and provide solutions which are innovative and consistent with DHLs objectives.

Safety and Security   
• Adhere to country laws/regulations and company procedures/  standards in regard to Safety and Security
• Adhere to customs / import / export procedures as applicable
• Ensure any potential security breaches or concerns are brought to the attention of supervisor/manager without delay
• There may be a requirement to undertake a Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) in relation to certain duties and procedures.
