Job title: Sales and Booking Administrator

Location: National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham, NG12 2LU

Job type: Permanent

Working Hours: 39 hours per week, flexible hours but usually 9 to 5, Monday to Friday, however evening work up until 8pm and some weekend work will be required.

Salary: £19,500 per annum + commission

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Sales and Bookings Administrator.

 

Holme Pierrepoint Country Park, the home of the National Water Sports Centre has excellent water facilities, accommodation, a campsite, Outdoor Adventure Zone, Life Fitness Gym and marvellous nature trails for cycling and walking, it is a favourite destination for families, schools, corporate clients, and individuals.

 

The main purpose of this role is to process bookings from our customers taken via telephone and email.

 

On a day-to-day basis you will perform the following duties:

  • Maintain a full product knowledge of the services available at the Centre and advise customers accordingly
  • Proactively seek sales opportunities
  • Deliver on sales targets
  • Adopt a pro-active approach to continuous service improvement
  • Contribute to planning strategies
  • Enter booking information on various IT systems
  • Conduct phone calls with potential booking parties
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Process payments for bookings

Ideally you will have experience working within a busy administration environment and have good customer care and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines and remain calm and assured under pressure.
