Job Description

This is a phenomenal for an entry level sales specialist to enter the sports hospitality realm at Twickenham Stoop, also known as Harlequins Rugby Stadium as a Sales Coordinator. 

Hospitality and catering is bought to Harlequins Rugby Stadium by Lime Venue Portfolio (part of Levy UK), part of Compass Group PLC.

Main Responsibilities

Each role is plays a pivotal part in our wider structure, as a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for: 

  • Processing sales enquiries for the venue 
  • Playing a proactive part in increasing the sales and revenue targets 
  • Ensuring that all sales administration is done quickly, effectively and most importantly, correctly 
  • Increasing hospitality sales through a variety of sales methods including networking events, network growth, online presence, showing potential clients around the stadium, ensuring the current client base is maximised
The Ideal Candidate

The successful Sales Coordinator will have the following skillset: 

  • A minimum of two years experience in a sales or account management environment 
  • Hold capability and proven experience of meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs
  • Resilient mindset 
  • Ability to build strong and long lasting relationships 
  • Effective communication skills both written and oral
