Job Title: Senior Admin Support Officer
Location: Farnham House, Stevenage
Salary Range: £20,903 pa progressing to £23,080 pa
Hours: 37 hours per week
This role provides administrative support to Commissioning Managers within the Integrated Health, Care and Commissioning Team. The Commissioning Managers undertake Care, Treatment Reviews for children, young people and adults with a learning disability and or autism who are at risk of admission into a tier 4 mental health hospital.
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual who is able to ensure that a high level of administrative support is provided to the Commissioning Managers. The role will involve organising and minuting multi agency meetings including social workers, clinical and nursing staff, families and carers. Room bookings, conference calls and arranging travel if needed for the panel. Requesting updates on recommendations and actions made at CTRs by sending emails to named worker. Contacting external staff by telephone and following up for a response. Processing invoices. Managing the CTR & CETR email inbox and excel spreadsheets. Recording and providing data to the CCG and NHS England.
Although there are no specific qualifications required for these roles previous administrative experience in service delivery or a business related qualification would be beneficial. You will be a competent administrator with experience of using Microsoft Office including excel. You will be a confident team member, acting as the first point of contact and possess excellent customer care skills.
You will be self-motivated, professional and approachable providing excellent team support and best practice at all times. You must be willing to travel across the County and undertake a variety of administrative tasks, operating within departmental policies and procedures.
