 We are looking for an experienced Senior Team Administrator to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Community Paediatric Team and other services based at Gifford House Child Development Centre, Thurrock Community Hospital.

The post holder will oversee the day to day provision of  high quality confidential and comprehensive administrative support to meet the needs of the team, and ensure smooth running of the services.  They will have regular contact with parents and children as well as a wide range of staff, and must have excellent communication skills.

The post holder will have experience of using electronic medical records (SystmOne  preferred), medical typing including audio typing. The role will include supporting the operational lead to manage health and safety  risks, stock management and staff support and supervision .

The post holder will use their reason, intellect and judgement to work on their own initiative to deal with matters on behalf of the operational  lead.
