We have a great opportunity to work with the Risk Operations & Business Engagement team to support the delivery of the people, communications, and governance agenda for the Risk Division.

The role purpose is to plan activities, analyse data, draft communications, agendas, invites and presentation packs, alongside developing dashboards to ensure our people plan is on track to achieve KPI's, analysing data and highlighting hotspots and suggestions.

  • Identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risks, taking initiative-taking personal responsibility for 'doing the right thing' in compliance with regulatory requirements and our frameworks and policies.

  • Monitoring trends and analysis of key KPIs.

  • Acting as a point of contact for the Business area/s for people related risks and escalates risks to the team.

  • Interacting with key stakeholders and builds trust and confidence with the business areas to support delivery of the people, comms, and governance agenda.

  • Communicating information in a clear, confident, and personable manner

What you'll bring.

  • Ability to work with integrity ensuring simple, personal, and fair outcomes.

  • Good planning, coordination, and organisational skills, with a high degree of accuracy.

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Experience in a business support role.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Sharepoint.
