What you'll do

As a Senior HR Services Specialist, you’ll be providing an outstanding service in every interaction with employees as you complete general requests. We’ll look to you to educate our people in the different ways to interact with us, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Handling all queries in given timescales, referring to any queries, branches, departments, and managers as necessary
  • Developing and updating HR processes, procedures, and policies
  • Supporting employees in life cycle management process
  • Updating data to ensure accurate records are maintained and the relevant HR database is accurate
  • Taking part in HR projects

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with experience delivering excellent customer service, a background in HR administration and payroll area, and a very good knowledge in labour code. You'll have the ability to tailor your communication skills to liaise with a variety of customers. You’ll also work well in a fast-paced environment, and you’ll be able to work off your own initiative and as part of a team. Ideally, you'll have a solid grasp of HR systems such as TETA and WorkDay

You’ll also need:

  • Significant experience working with employees and HR partners at all levels, and very good written and spoken English
  • The ability to prioritise work to achieve quality results within set timescales
  • Excellent labour law knowledge
  • Relevant experience regarding benefits and HR administration responsibilities
  • Practical knowledge of regulations regarding the employment of foreigners
  • Proactivity, the ability to work independently as well as within a team, good communication skills and customer service orientation
