We are recruiting for an experienced and talented Senior Sous Chef to join this very prestigious unit. You will be responsible for all employee dining requirements and will need to ensure we are on trend and successfully competing in the market place.

The catering service includes a variety of hot and cold offers including exciting street food style concepts and grab and go options.

Main Responsibilities
  • Working in a team of fifteen, producing high end and high quality food
  • Developing and supporting team members
  • Supporting in the creation of exciting menu concepts
  • Adhere to H&S and F&H standards
  • Stock taking and ordering of stock
  • Deputise in the Head Chefs absence
  • Catering for up to 5000 staff daily
