Here in the Service Performance Management centre - SPMC our purpose is to react to issues quickly and minimise the impact to our customers. We proactively drive improvements in our services, with customer experience at the heart of everything we do.

Your Role:

The Senior SPMC Manager - Enterprise Network Operations Centre) is a senior manager within the SPMC; responsible for driving the operational performance of technical monitoring and support teams within the SPMC. This includes accountability for the enterprise NOC; responsible 24x7 for monitoring service across some the UK's largest companies including McDonalds, Sainsbury's and Santander.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for operational performances for the Enterprise NOC

To drive and own continual improvements across people, processes and tools; alongside supporting projects, new services and tools.

To be a key stakeholder with internal and external teams; representing network operations to the wider business and beyond.

Skills & experience:

Experience of leading high performing technical teams.

Technical experience and understanding across a range of network technologies.

Superior stakeholder management to engage with internal and external teams.

Excellent planning and organisational skills coupled with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication abilities.

Experience driving significant quantifiable improvements across people, process and tools.
