We are looking for a Lead Service Delivery Manager to manage the end to end process on one of our DNS accounts. The role holder will be responsible for delivering across a number of Service Management disciplines, including but not exclusive, Customer Management, Financial P&L responsibility, Change, Release, Procurement and Team Management.

For each Service Management function, the role holder will be responsible for maintaining the appropriate Plan, along with the underpinning Process, Templates, Work Instructions and Toolsets. The aim of this role is to ensure that the Service remains compliant with the relevant processes and standards, is delivered in the most efficient manner and continually improves.

The role is crucial to the successful delivery of an ongoing service, maintaining a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
