Service Request Analyst

Vicinity of Stevenage

Shape your world

Reporting to the catalogue manager the successful applicant will manage and execute the request fulfilment process. Be initial point of contact for Customer/OSM to ensure requirements, issues and concerns relating to the Service Request process are raised and actioned. Process change requests through their lifecycle within agreed timescales.

Your experience

In order to be successful in this role, you should be able to:

  • Analyse the request for change prior to distributing it for review process, obtaining all missing data and scheduling.
  • Respond to Change Management queries.
  • Provide cover where necessary for the Service Request team.

Skills:

  • Be able to gain Security Clearance.
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and under pressure
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Desirable - Experience across technologies such as:
  • Working knowledge of CASD toolsets
  • Service Request Management

Hours of Cover: 07:30 – 15:30

             09:00 – 17:00

             10:00 – 18:00
