Shop Floor Operative

About this Role

If you enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a team creating innovative inflatable structures, this is the role for you! Working Monday to Thursday from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, you'll be part of a busy manufacturing team, helping to build high-performance, portable structures used in events, industry, military, and cold storage.

• Handling and moving materials safely
• Operating and maintaining light manufacturing machinery
• Learning and applying specialist product knowledge
• Occasionally assisting with installations at customer sites
• Following all Health & Safety guidelines

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s practical, reliable, and takes pride in their work. If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy working in a team, we want to hear from you!

• Must have a valid driving licence (our site is a bit off the beaten track)
• Experience in a manufacturing or production role
• A strong work ethic with attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
