Role Summary
Dermatology Slot Administrator
We are looking for a friendly enthusiastic Full time member of staff, this is a permanent position within the Exeter Dermatology dept based at Heavitree Hospital.
Good communication, IT and organisational skills essential. You will be working alongside a busy admin team booking clinics/ building templates and updating rosters as well as other admin duties specified within your job description such as Monitor Clinics, waiting lists, respond to urgent requests and contact patients.

Dermatology is a very busy, fast pace department. We are looking for someone that is motivated, hardworking and a real team player. The slot administrator position requires good problem solving skills, the ability to think and act fast with integrity, good IT skills and training within EPIC with experience in template building would be preferable. The Slot Administrator would also be expected to help in other areas across the department, to cover annual leave and sickness when necessary. You would be part of a great admin team that go above and beyond everyday, to ensure the patients experience is positive and they are treated with compassion. If you share the same values and feel your up to the challenge we would love to hear from you.
You must have a good understanding of the referral to treatment (RTT) guidelines and be able to use multiple computer systems such as MyCare and NHS E-referrals.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
